"SFTP - SSH" , Error "Test connection failed. Details: Bad Gateway"

I want to connect to an SFTP so i used this connector: -

but i got this error:-

"Test connection failed. Details: Bad Gateway"

any advice what could be causing this error?

johnjohn-Peter have you tested the details on another FTP client? Error indicates it could be the details or could be networking restrictions to me.
