Send Form triggered by Outlook Meeting End Time

I'm trying to design a Flow where a MS Forms survey will be sent triggered by the end date of a meeting invite. Is this possible?

Not sure where to find the triggers I need to do that.  Is there a listing of the actions and triggers?

Thanks

  • Hi Jason Maclauchlan

I haven't tested this, but an idea might be to use the "When an event is starting soon" trigger as mentioned, then add a Delay action. I think you could use Delay Until the event's end time. Or if the event always lasts x hours, use Delay x hours in Flow before sending the link to the Form.

    Does this help you...?

    Jason Maclauchlan,

You might should post in the https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Flow-Community/ct-p/FlowCommunity as well to be sure, but my understanding is that this trigger does not currently exist.  I looked at all the triggers for 365 Outlook and this is the only one close:

"When an upcoming event is starting soon (V2)"

Be sure to post an idea to the Flow Ideas https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas.  So you could trigger then, read the event, get the duration then pause for that duration then send your Form.
