Send an Email with Status Change and Latest Comment in SharePoint List

Hi all - I'm trying to build a flow in Power Automate to send an email when the status of a list item changes and also include the latest comment. I referred to https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/How-to-get-the-latest-Comment-on-an-SP-list-item/m-p/1616213#M180032 for the comments, but received an error at the final step.  I'm also unclear how to trigger the flow for a status change in a list item vs. a library item. 

Here's what I have so far -
