Save file attached to an email that is attached to another email?

Hi all,

I am able to save files that are attached to emails normally fine.

But I am having trouble accessing files that are attached to an outlook email that is attached to an email.

(I receive emails with an .msg attachment and that .msg attachment has a pdf I would like to save)

Is it possible for a flow to access this?
