PowerApps: Notification for Connectors change of groups

Hello Experts,

We have approved connectors and are added to the default group. 

Now Microsoft pushes some connectors to our default defined group once in a while, which we need to get notified for every time an extra one is added.

Is there a way we can do it, perhaps Flow and OOTB method?

If via Flow it is feasible, which parameter to use it make it happen?
