There are lots of online conferences available these days - many of them free to attend! I'd suggest searching for Power Platform Conference or similar.
In addition, there's plenty of Power Automate learning content on YouTube; you could begin with Jon Levesque's channel, which has videos broken down by level: https://www.youtube.com/JonLevesqueTech
