Possible to grab Tweet url?

I would like flow to post a notification in a Yammer group everytime a tweet with a certain hashtag has been posted. However, I cannot find a possibility to grab the link within flow. I am not a tech person who is able to code manually :-). Any ideas how to create a solution?
