New email arrives, send email to user listed in body.

Hi, 

I receive automated emails from Microsoft noreply that give us a users email. I want to be set up a flow that will:
New email arrives > extract email from body of received email > send email to extracted email with some custom text.

I currently have New email arrives, HTML to text, but unsure where to go from there. The new AI models dont seem to work, one of them sent me 50 emails trying to extract text.
