My condition statement is not recognizing my form response

I have a flow that when a person fills out a response to sign up for a certain event it will send an email an email based on which event they sign up for in a Microsoft form. All parts of my flow works except my condition statements. 

For example: 

I copied and pasted the exact form response for each response (no extra spaces, same capitalization, etc.), but every time I select any of the responses in my tests, they all come back as false.
