Monitor Flow quota

Is there a way to actually monitor the remaining quota for Flow runs? I know this is available in the Flow Admin Center, but this does not integrate with monitoring systems in any way. Once we have several important business processes supported by Flow, we can't get away with reactively buying additional capacity in the case that we reach our quota.
