Microsoft Form with Result display on screen

Am trying to create a kind of visitor Kiosk with Microsoft form at the front end, but then at the end of the questionnaire depending on the answers the screen should display whether the user is allowed to Enter or needs to return back.

Want to know which app should I use to display the decision on the screen in power automate along with Microsoft forms to achieve this.
