Is it possible to make flow based on an existing flow by simply copy and pasting the flow or saving

Is it possible to make flow based on an existing flow by simply copy and pasting the flow or saving it under another name?  I suppose I could crate a new flow from scratch but the only difference is ...

    wm-thompson if you are not sure how to turn it on, hover over the flow, click the 3 dots next to it and select Turn on.

Ok, I figured it out. You have to be on the level where all the flows are. Anyway, so I did a Save As and it created a new flow. Now, why does it appear all faided like this?
