How to Get Email Sender Display Name
Is it currently possible to get the display name of the sender/from field for incoming emails? If so, I can't seem to figure out how? Thanks for any help, Richard
Are you talking for emails sent by internal staff or externals as well?
If it's internal, you could use the Office 365 Get user profile (V2) action which will retrieve the senders details to use.
If you're talking external folks, I'm not aware of any official way to get the name.
