Flow updated Excel, wrong hour timestamp

Hi,

I have tested flow to update a Excel sheet. :

formatDateTime(triggerOutputs()['headers']['x-ms-user-timestamp'], 'HH:mm')

But the hour is 1 hour wrong.

This should be 18;nn not 17:nn

My Office 365 is localised for Norway
