Excel Copy Problem

Hello, I got a flow running fine but next step is copy an original file(excel) to a folder when the file is copied I try many time check that cell in excel doesn't come completely (Example: Original has 36 Rows, Copy has 23 Row) is everyone can solve this problem? Thank you.
