It sounds like the issue you're facing is with the visibility of sensitive fields in the SharePoint list's details pane, which exposes all the data from the NewForm, including confidential fields.
Unfortunately, the details pane in SharePoint doesn't provide a straightforward way to selectively hide certain fields, even though they are marked as confidential on the form.
