Dev Tenant with Dataverse Capacity

Hi Folks, 

Does anyone know if there is a version of https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/dev-program that includes Dataverse (CDS) capacity? 

For example, to create new environments for creating model-driven apps.

    Not sure if it existed when you posted this, but there is a PowerApps dev option available now with Dataverse.

      Hi Tracy,
      I did thanks.
      We found the best option for us was to add a few Power Apps per User plans to the Developer Plan.
      You can also add the Power Apps Developer plan to the O365 Developer plan, but we just found it too restrictive for our needs as a team.
