Customizing forms using power apps

I have a list on my site called Issue Tracking - it was a pre-defined list that I found in the list of apps.  I'm trying to add some cascading drop downs to the list, but it doesn't give me the option to customize using power apps.  Am I missing something?

    Hi rbutgins21,

     

    Unfortunately, that is not possible. The Issue Tracking app doesn't have the "Use a custom form created in PowerApps" like other lists.
