Create workflow to convert Forms responses to PDF or Word doc then send as email attachment

Question

I would like to create the following workflow:

1. When a response in MS Forms is received

2. Collect response details

3. Turn response details into Word or PDF file

4. Send file in an email as an attachment

Has anyone had success building this type of workflow?
