- Found the solution with microsoft support. there was a misconfiguration in use roles.
si-muuh can you explain what the misconfiguration in use roles was? I already enabled the Read rights for the Basic User role, but the (non-owner) users still receive the error in the production environment.
si-muuh thanks, I already changed those settings. But apparently in our environment the "Basic User" role was not automatically assigned to all users, so I had the assign that role to the team. Now it is also fixed.
