Can flow OCR connect to the new extract handwritten text REST API

In flow I am using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) it works with the general image text API. But when I try using the new preview released API "https://uksouth.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/vision/v1.0/recognizeText?handwriting=true" connection was success and it extracts only machine typed text not really the handwritten texts. Is it not still open to flow.
