Calling Graph API from a Flow and protecting Azure AD app key

We are thinking to automate creation of a Team using Microsoft Flow. However, I have concerns about Azure AD application ID as well as key being visible in the Flow as plain text.

Has anyone used Flow to invoke Graph API end points and what's their view is about having the Azure AD registered application ID as well as secret key being visible in Flow and thus available to all admins who have access to Flow.
