Autopopulate field from SQL Database and save it into SharePoint list

Hello 

I am creating a Powerapps where Tech will enter the Service tag and it will look for that service tag into SQL Database and update the Email field, user name field in Powerapps and save that data into SharePoint List. 

First i am connecting into Sharepoint table and i am also connecting data source to SQL Server.
