AUTOMATE TO SUBMIT QUIZ ASSIGNMENT
When a quiz is given in assignments, when time elapses, assignments closes itself. Are there any flows to alert students periodically? If the student did not complete the exam before the time instead...

I don't believe that functionality exists. You could create a "Scheduled" Flow in Power Automate to remind the students but it would not connect to Assignments in any way.
