A particular task completed to trigger a flow?
Hello,
Is there a way to set up a flow that starts when a particular task is completed in planner?
when X task is marked Complete - triggers a flow that will email and set up a planner task for Y (or just a task in Planner)

Yep you can. Use the planner trigger action to start the flow when the task is completed and there is an action to create a task in the flow based on your condition.
