Trusion horse on one drive settings

Few weeks ago my computer was attacked with Ransomware and A Trusion horse There is any chance that a Trusion horse was Uploaded in one drive settings and when I reset the Computer to default. And when I started to set up the computer after the reset I saw in windows defender that there Trusion horse is still there. After I sat my computer to my Microsoft account And it asked if to synchronize my old settings. And some weird files appeared after that from the infected computer....please help
