Start OneDrive in non-silent mode

I sometimes start OneDrive in silent mode through command line, by adding the argument /background, to avoid that the command opens OneDrive folder. However, then sometimes users cannot invoke the Settings screen. How can I retake the non-silent mode, is there any argument having the opposite effect to /background?
