Script for copying from one drive to gitlab

Hello,

I need a script that does the following:

1 - Copy a folder from one drive to Gitlab (the folder is accessed by a shareable link and around 40 GB).

2- Detect when a new file added to this folder and then automatically copy it to Gitlab.

Is there a way to do so?
