regarding onedrive for business configuration for SharePoint OnPrem

Hi there,

I have a SharePoint farm and enable personal site so that our client could connect to their personal site by onedrive for business. my question is when user want to use this function first time, they need to set it up. whether or not we could configure it by C# program.??
