I can't Restore my OneDrive after it got ransomware.

After I got attacked by ransomware on my pc. All my files in onedrive is been encryped to .vvew file.

I can't go to Setting > options because it keep redirect to this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/restore-your-onedrive-files-48cc6a72-1aca-412c-a670-e6f5b563c1c6?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us
