Mails with attachments sent via the Graph API are stuck in drafts folder and not being sent

Mails being sent via Graph API using the createUploadSession way is keeping the mails in the Drafts folder and not being sent. This was working till mid January. Is there any graph update/ api deprecation that happened recently that is causing the issue?
