Failed to execute Skype backend request GetThreadsS2SRequest

Hello

  I am getting  the following error when trying to do any Channel related calls (Add, Rename or Delete Channels) to the Teams Graph API.

Failed to execute Skype backend request GetThreadsS2SRequest.

This was all working before but suddenly throws this error now. Any help would be much appreciated.
