Error creating a SoftwareOathMethod (Microsoft.Graph.Identity.SignIns)

Hi there,

I tried to use the PS cmdlet "New-MgUserAuthenticationSoftwareOathMethod". I know it's in beta version, but I'm not sure if it works at all?

I get the following error message:

New-MgUserAuthenticationSoftwareOathMethod_CreateExpanded: Authorization has been denied for this request.

To validate I tried "New-MgUserAuthenticationPhoneMethod" which is also in beta. This one seems to work.
