Azure Both with Graph API

Hello,

I need a bot like a conversational one deployed in Teams, which it would answer the questions which is primarily come from Graph Api like who reports to who, who is X person, Person X is free on so and so date, all those questions.

I can do that in Team Tab as an app, but I need it as an Bot.
Any help appreciated.
