api for new "sync across microsoft 365" function available?

Hello, i wrote an application that automates the user management. It creates a user in our AD, then syncs it to Azure, configures the email account and so on. Now this tool is "broken", because Microsoft changed something in their backend. We have to manually set an option now, see the screenshot:

 When i activate that checkbox, all is "back to normal" as we would expect it. Is there some way to turn this on with graph api? or with a cmdlet?
