Access Files Shared Externally With Me - Another Organization

Hello. Someone from another organization shared a folder with me from OneDrive.

I login by entering my email address and waiting for the access code to come to my email inbox. Then on the next screen I enter that access code.

The folder link is as follows:

I have read-only access to the file.

Is there any way for me to access the information in this excel file through API?

I don't have access to the root folder and I don't use my microsoft login and password to access it. Just my email. Any clarification will be important, as I am open to any type of solution so I don't have to manually access this file every time I want to consult it.
