Product key not accepted

I bought a new laptop. It's not accepting my product key for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013. It keeps asking for the key. I tried using Word as admin: it didn't work.

Sunday (April 5th) I be kicked out of Office 2013 (even though I BOUGHT it, marketed as life time use). I need a solution ASAP. 🙏🏼🚨
