Using Forms to send Feedback to Teachers
Hi,
You can achieve that with Power Automate Flow. Im guessing that you or another person is the OWNER of the form. The Owner could set up an automated process where, upon submission of the Form, Power Automate can trigger actions based on the responses. Here’s how you can set it up:
Create your Microsoft Form: Include a question where the principal enters the teacher's email address.
Set up Power Automate:
Start with a trigger that activates when a new response is submitted in Microsoft Forms.
Add a condition to check if the principal's email matches the responder's email (if needed).
Use the "Send an email" action to send a copy of the responses.
Specify the teacher's email dynamically using the response from the Form.
Configure email notifications:
Customize the email content to include relevant Form responses.
Ensure both the principal and the teacher receive a copy by using the dynamic content feature in Power Automate.
Testing and Deployment:
Test the Flow to ensure emails are sent correctly.
Once validated, deploy the Flow to run automatically whenever a Form is submitted.
This setup ensures seamless communication and transparency between the principal and the teacher, utilizing Microsoft Forms and Power Automate to streamline the process. If you need further assistance with specific steps or customization, feel free to ask!
