Skype not working anymore

Good day, we are a business (https://www.walkspanishmadrid.com/) and have a Skype number to contact our clients and receive calls from them; we also had skype credit and now it seems we cant use it on Skype or Microsoft teams any suggestions on how educational companies are dealing with situations like this?
