Secure Browser for test taking

I have a series of teachers now wanting to use a method to secure the students computers for when they are taking tests so that the desktop and browser are locked down no allowing additional tabs or screen shots to be possible. The intent is to minimize the students ability to cheat.
I haven't been able to find a native way to do this only a few options that the district would have to subscribe to gain access to.

Anyone know of a solution that would help resolve this type of issue within the Windows 10 platform?
