Re-use all Team (class) settings from semester to semester

- Reusing a Team as a Template—Teachers can reuse an existing team as a template when creating a new team and can customize what they want to copy over—from channels, tabs, team setting, apps, and even users.
We should also be able to attach existing onenote notebooks to a team (available in business/enterprise tenants but still not for EDU), which would help those using SDS.
Thanks! I wonder if the Reuse Team as a Template will eventually work with SDS; I'll ask Matthew Whitehead this week and see what he says.
