AEP & EES

We are an Authorized Education Partner.  However, we do not understand how to obtain licensing through the Microsoft School and Campus agreement.  This is going to cost us over 4000 licenses because our client has found a partner that can use this agreement over the CSP model.  Any help would be appreciated.
