What is significance of "white horizontal bars" on the start menu for MSIX packages.
What does the white here mean:
I am guessing that it indicates that the package is not fully installed yet? It would be good to know for troubleshooting what this means and any potential causes. The package includes a service, and the service appears to be running.

The bars are progress indicators, showing that the applications are either updating or installing.
- I thought that might be the case. It might be nice for the hovering mouse to explain that.
