Unable to Install/Open .appinstaller file (Power Automate Process Mining Desktop App)

Hi , 

I am currenlty trying to download the Dektop App - Power Automate Process Mining (https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/Default-deff24bb-2089-4400-8c8e-f71e680378b2/processadvisor/home) . But as due to org policy restrictions , we dont have the Microsoft/Windows store available on our systems , which inhibits us to open a .appinstaller file . 

Is there a way to install/open this file , without using the Microsoft/Windows store ? Thanks .
