unable to create a windows developer account
it displays like this on both chrome and edge (waht I've tried).
'Accept and continue' button doesn't activate no matter what.
I didn't find a place where I can post this issue except here.

I was talking about here in red.
Look at the Email address fields.
what about it ? it is filled with an example email address. as all the rest is filled with just example info. the problem isn't about what I filled in the form. the website doesn't display well in the first place and scripts aren't being executed. Open the developer tools and you will see.
