Several MSIX pkgs only run as Admin - plus desktop shortcuts not appearing
jvintzel- After packaging (& converting) apps to MSIX, we are noticing the cx have to run the app as admin. Please note that the capability is not set (Run as Administrator [restricted]).
Even when we create the desktop shortcuts manually they are not appearing after install.
They cannot even launch the app from the entry point during the capture wizard (nothing happens).
The cx is using Hyper-V Quick Create MPT 1809 build.

Is it possible to file a feedback hub item and attach the installer and converted MSIX we can look at? Is the MSIX Packaging Tool the latest version (1.2019.402.0)?
