No option to enter app price in the partner center Availability page

I just published our app in to store. Problem is its released as FREE even though in the partner center under pricing I've chosen: 'Paid: one-time payment'. Also in that page it doesn't have the opt...

    Let me clarify. Paid UWP apps are still allowed. Only in the new Win 32 apps category, we have not yet supported Paid apps.
