MsixPackageTool.exe Access Denied
Hi,
I am trying to run MsixPackageTool.exe in administrative command line to create MSIX package. But I am getting Access Denied.
Anyone know why getting Access Denied when trying to use MsixPackageTool.exe in command line

I am attaching the screenshot which show how it works, however it gives error because I did not provide a valid xml file.

This is protected windowsapps directory and users/admins does not have access to this, you need to launch the shortcut from startmenu to run the application.
