MSIX should be cross-platform like VSCode and iot-edge...

Take a hint from VSCode: a large portion of your potential audience require cross-platform. We use azure iot-edge, docker etc. and deploy to diverse linux in addition to windows, so currently MSIX is not an option for us unless we want to do double effort...
