MSIX question regarding system checks

We need to perform a system check before installation (check GPU, CPU, RAM, etc.) to check if computer meets requirement before installation, and if this check fails, we will prevent installation.

We have found way to run this test once MSIX app package installation is done (at first app launch), but we would like to know if such thing is possible either by leveraging some MSIX capabilities, either by running something before actually installing the application ?

In the MS Store, it is possible to specify the minimum system requirements (see screenshots).
